At HOTRUGIRL, we want you to love your swimwear as much as we do. If for any reason your order isn't a perfect fit, don't worry—we've got you covered.

How Returns Work

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene liners in place.

  • Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges Made Easy

Want a different size, color, or style? Simply request an exchange, and we'll ship your new item as soon as we get your return. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund instead.

What Can't Be Returned

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products without original tags or hygiene protection

  • Damaged items not caused by delivery

How to Start a Return

  2. We'll send you simple instructions and a return shipping label (where available).

  3. Pack your items securely and send them back to us.
